Specialising in engaging creative projects which cross over contemporary ART, FILM and DESIGN.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A PA

This is a 90% business 10% private pa role, It is a very proactive role whereby the individual will work alone majority of the time and be able to think on their feet.  They will constantly be on the move between several sites.

This is not a standard 10-6 role there will often be contact outside of these hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events
  • Reminding the directors of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses alongside bookkeeper
  • Miscellaneous tasksI
  • Manage a shop/art space on Columbia road
  • Mangage staff in private household
  • Manage the studio and all supplies
  • Making payments for and on behalf of directors business and personal
  • Arranging dinner reservations
