We are looking for a studio supervisor to oversee the studio, liasing between the creative director, design team, pattern cutters and technicians. We are looking for a driven and organised manager with superb technical skills, fabric knowledge and manufacturing experience as well as excellent communication skills.

The role will include the following:

  • managing all aspects of the womensewear collection development; partnering with factories on all sample stages and reporting to the creative director. 
  • working closely with the design team, processing specs, managing fittings, grading and providing commentary for factories for pre-production. 
  • overseeing and following the critical path together with the production manager. 
  • managing studio team ensuring that studio interns are supported and in place. 

Skills required include:

  • a strong womenswear background with product development skills. 
  • a sound understanding of the design process
  • experience of both CMT and FF production would be ideal 
  • excellent technical knowledge of construction and fit 
  • good fabric knowledge and udnerstanding of weights for different product categories.
  • management experience
  • confident and creative with the ability to communicate at senior level
  • flexibility and adaptability: this is a hands on role within a small team
  •  highly organised and able to work under pressure
