After a hugely successful 2016 and with exciting plans for the future we are seeking to grow our team with the addition of an Admission Manager.

Having a part to play in people’s career development is extremely rewarding and this is a customer-focused, consultative sales role. Admissions is a very busy and hardworking team, with levels of work intensifying leading up to program start dates. You will be responsible for an account worth 1-1.4Million, selling out the program with a good standard of like minded professionals is the goal.

The successful applicant(s) will be taking on a hugely rewarding and diverse role, with duties that range at different times of the semester from creative lead generation, to solid inbound interviews/ outbound sales calls, application and portfolio reviewing, leads sourcing, F2F sales and presentations to encourage industry buy-in. There will be an opportunity for global travel for the Alumni events on an international circuit and the chance to work in close collaboration with Marketing Managers and production teams.

Requirements:

  • You should be relentless, committed and think outside the box.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged to generate new business and build contacts.
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding targets in a recruitment, sales or account management environment desired, together with a network of contacts that can assist you in your role and big ideas to connect B2B or B2C on a global level.
  • Consultative sales technique - you should have exceptional communication skills, ability to convey our solutions based on understanding your clients’ needs.
  • High levels of customer service to potential businesses and creative professionals, you hold the power to changing their careers.
  • Ability to critique portfolios - you need an eye or understanding of a beauty/fashion business.
  • Process applications, communicating with applicants throughout the entire admissions process. Follow-up and relationship building is key in this role
  • Manage the sales pipeline working closely with the Admission Executive and marketing team..
  • Feeding back as part of the wider production team to make sure that content is in line with audience needs.
  • Ensure recruitment targets, OKR’s and KPI’s are met
  • Confidence - you must be uber confident on the phone and have an ability to connect and communicate effectively with your audience.
