Based in a former toy factory in London, Sophie Hulme HQ is both business-like and personal, reflecting how the brand has grown from just one designer to a global force. Collections of vintage toys and trinkets mingle with moodboards, materials, prototypes and timelines. Not to mention the ever-present house mascot, Alan the Beagle.

Successful candidate will manage all aspects of customer service across the wholesale and ecommerce channels, this includes order confirmations, customer account enquiries and updates, order allocation, notification of shipping (in coordination with our warehouse), and returns.

Customer Service and Shipping are key elements of the Sales Order process, this role works within the Operations Team to manage and end ensure delivery of customer orders across the Wholesale and Ecommerce divisions within Sophie Hulme

Ideally all the following requirements and skills would describe a suitable applicant:

  • Previous experience of working with customer orders in a fashion/apparel environment
  • Happy working autonomously and skilled in juggling responsibilities
  • Strong System, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and resourceful – proactive in solving problems as they arise in a growing business
  • Highly personable, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results focused with an attention to detail and ability to see solutions and tasks through to completion.
