Fast growing fast fashion brand Chi Chi London, featured as ‘One to Watch’ in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, is looking to recruit a strong and dynamic CUSTOMER SERVICES SUPERVISOR to play an important role in our team. 
 
The role will require at least 2 years experience in a similar position, you will need a wide understanding of ecommerce working practices & websites.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Improving cutomer service response times and standards
  • Ensuring customer experience is of the highest standards
  • Assisting Customer Services Manager with day to day duties & team management
  • Dealing with escalated customer enquiries both via email & telephone
  • Ensuring the customer services team are hitting targets & meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring stock control guidelines are met
  • Responding to emails, issuing refunds
  • Liasing with the warehouse
  • Printing and processing orders
  • Assisting with team rotas
  • Maintaing team morale and unity

Skills / Experience:

  • Responsible, reliable, highly organised with the ability to make important decisions
  • Proven Customer Services experience at supervisor level
  • Minimum 50 - 60 WPM -  Strong numerical & literacy skills
  • Great analytical & efficient working methods 
  • Genuine passion for customers, retail, fashion, brand and product
  • A self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Enthusiasm, energy and determination & patience – a good sense of humour also helps! 
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
