We are looking to hire an experienced individual in customer service and warehouse management. You will be driven, ambitious, focused and autonomous. As we are a start-up you will be stretched, you will have to be flexible and ready to get your hands dirty from day one. You will be working alongside our head of logistics for the first 6 months and eventually expected to build and manage your own KITRI customer service/logistics team.  
  
Your goal is to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and that all orders are processed in a timely manner. You will be joining us at the very start of our journey and we expect you to be an integral part in shaping our future.

This role is based in our fulfilment centre in London, Angel Islington.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all customer queries/issues with maturity in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Processing all ecommerce or phone orders, returns and exchanges.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders to contribute to and help design our CRM programmes.
  • Working alongside our fit tech and head of design to ensure you are up to date on all new products and have the knowledge to handle all fit enquiries and measurements.
  • Ensuring you log and maintain clean data on returns, customer complaints and fit suggestions.
  • Take charge of warehouse operations and help to improve/streamline procedures.
  • Champion the Pick & pack process and be responsible for inventory. 

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years of experience within customer service or warehouse management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems. If you know Brightpearl that is a plus!
  • Skill in Excel, we log everything in excel!
  • Experience within e-commerce womenswear
