The Company:

A Fashion Customer Service Sales Administrator (Head office) is needed for a fashion global supply group. You will ensure that all customer orders are delivered on time including taking responsibility for orders from shipment from origin to customer delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong supply chain and customer service background.
 
The Role:

  • Effectively liaise internally with Merchandisers, operations, logistics and finance to ensure efficient throughput of merchandise.
  • Developing and cultivating good working relationships with the customers designated representatives and third party warehouses.
  • Maintaining and providing up to date weekly status reports for your customers as required.
  • Measuring and reporting on all cancelled and re-phased orders and fines.
  • Calculating and providing customer forecasts as required.
  • Effectively dealing with customer debits as required.
  • Assisting with third party invoice authorisation as required.
  • Ensuring all customer sales order amendments specifically relating to delivery date and price are recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Inputting sales orders for stock orders promptly and accurately.
  • Effectively tracking the movement of customer orders from shipment to despatch.
  • Taking necessary action in response to any changes and communicating effectively.
  • Identifying and communicating any labelling, packaging and processing requirements to all relevant parties with the necessary immediacy.
  • Ordering labelling and packaging items as required.
  • Planning and managing picks effectively so as to ensure that third party warehouses can achieve required deliveries.
  • Providing all relevant, accurate and timely information to third party warehouses so as to enable them to effect an “on time” delivery without penalty.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested by your Line Manager.

 
Skills Required:

  • Must have 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Time management, planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise workload.
  • The ability to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Builder of strong internal and external relationships.
  • Problem solving skills (processes and application of a planned approach where all actions and results are documented).
