Are you a dynamic and organised individual, interested in the operations and logistics behind a global fashion company? We are looking for an energetic and experienced Fashion Logistics Administrator with a high drive to maintain the coordination for an increasing number of the largest international key accounts in our UK market at BESTSELLER. 
 
Working directly with our Logistics & Operations Manager, within a team of 4, you would be responsible for managing our key account customers’ orders from pre-sale to delivery.

The Role:   

  • Manage Key Account customers within the UK logistic team
  • Manage the outbound delivery service for Key Accounts, hold regular update meetings with the customer
  • Responsible for pre sales order processing, checking the customer order confirmation matches the brand sales order
  • Manage PO and MDA /customer reference numbers to the sales order , book in for ASOS
  • Answering daily product line queries from KA customers
  • Arranging / monitoring deliveries
  • Advising all departments of any delays and queries (Processor, Customers, Credit control, Sales)
  • Work closely with the Credit Control department and highlight any large orders that couldlead to a high credit risk
  • Supporting the credit team with Po reconciliation and Changes of delivery address
  • Maintaining a clear database of customer purchase orders with full traceability

  • Analytical and confident in producing weekly reports
  • Pro-active and organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ambitious with a keen interest in wholesale fashion sales
  • Confident in liaising with Senior Management
  • Highly motivated, detail and results driven with the ability to make an immediate impact
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a flexible approach and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage & prioritise an extensive caseload
  • Effective time management skills are essential
  • Competent with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Most importantly we are seeking a Company Ambassador and representative of BESTSELLER’s 10 Basic Principles at all times.
