An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales & Business Development to join an established premium promotional supplier who has very strong ambition and is continuously growing.
YOUR NEW COMPANY
You will be working as the Head of Sales & Business Development for one of the leading suppliers of promotional merchandise with a client base of exciting household names.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As Head of Sales & Business Development you will report to the Managing Director. You will lead a small sales team, guiding them to achieve/exceed company targets, whilst you effectively acquire new, profitable customers and maximise sales opportunities from customers within the European market. The role is focused on developing and executing strategic plans for sales growth, creating leads, developing new relationships & converting new leads in a professional and timely approach. You will research and address opportunities of selling the company’s products and services effectively. Accounts will then be handed over to the sales team.
