We are recruiting for a Merchandising Administration Assistant to join our International department based in our Head Office in the heart of Central London.

The overall responsibility is to support the international team with the stock management process, general admin and analysis in line with International market requirements in order to maximise sales and profit in line with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all lines are allocated accurately on the system according to the Merchandising distribution range plan in a timely manner for picking and despatch.
  • Ensure all Wholesale customer sales orders are accurately and efficiently entered on the system and are in line with spread sheet orders to ensure that stock can be picked and despatched to customers. 
  • Highlight any products to the International team where the planned allocations cannot be actioned due to incomplete sizing or low stock for replenishment. Propose and agree action, as appropriate, ensuring the team are fully aware.
  • All stock and relevant information to be reviewed pre allocation.
  • Suggest and action allocation and replenishment adjustments at a line level through regular trade reviews with your team.
  • Update line flows for core product for International markets
  • Undertake regular reviews of DC stock with AM, a view to further allocation, including making suggestions to increase the ranging of styles to extra stores as appropriate.
  • Support AM with production and distribution of Monday morning packs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all relevant files are regularly and accurately updated.
  • Accurately update markdowns and promotions to go live on the system across multiple price files  Key Skills & Qualities
  • Ability to process and analyse large amounts of numerical data
  • Operating CIMS or similar programmes
  • A clear understanding of the entire merchandising function in relation to International expansion both in product and allocation
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
