We are a Jewellery Manufacture/Wholesaler, based in Birmingham. We currently have 2 Brands – which you will be helping us to promote. You will be working within a busy friendly office environment. Your role will be to build Customer relationships selling our products business to business.
This will be achieved either by telephone or a face-to-face meeting. This will always be conducted in a professional friendly way. You should be able to maintain current customer relationships as well as creating new ones. Some time will be spent learning about the product including making the products and the order processes is essential to be able to pass this knowledge onto the customers and help them with any queries they may have. A suitable candidate will be able to manage their time and arrange meetings with customers for new and existing businesses and achieve weekly targets. Eventually you will build up your own list of customers that you will regularly deal with.
You may also be asked to represent our company at trade shows and events so a professional manner is essential. Working within a team is essential to complete the orders and meet customer satisfaction achieving a successful outcome.
Ideally you will have a passion for sales and a drive to meet targets. You should have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and a passion for jewellery. You should be able to use the Microsoft package to be able to create documents in order to help the customer get a better understanding of the product and help with any re-ordering issues. You should be able to aid the customer and adapt a range of products and prices to suit the individual customer.
The ideal candidate will hold a clean driving license in order to travel around the country to do stock takes, deliver orders, and arrange meetings. You will be expected to travel and possibly stay overnight in some areas of the country.
