The Company:

A Receptionist / Office Clerk is needed join a fantastic supplier of garments to High Street Retailers who manufacture & supply various ladies, men's and childrenswear products.
 
The Role:

  • Greeting guests in a polite manner and ensuring they sign into the building.
  • Controlling the boardroom and meeting room schedules.
  • Receiving mail then collecting and sending it to the correct individual/department.
  • Recording and distributing any samples which are delivered by couriers or any other means.
  • Answering all incoming calls, passing them through to the relevant team member.
  • Having full control of the stationary orders.
  • Assisting with any HR tasks.
  • Controlling the company 'petty cash'.
  • Producing welcome packs for new employees.
  • Booking transportation for staff as required (cars/flights/trains).
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
  • Any other administrative duties given by the COO.
  • Making sure to back up the IT files daily.
  • Making sure the boardroom is set up correctly for meetings and conferences.

 
Skills Required:

  • Able to take instructions and carry them out to the highest standard.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential (Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
