The Company:

Our client is a multi-channel, fast paced, dynamic business who specialise in homeware and electrical products. They are looking to recruit a Returns Administrator to add to their busy team.
 
The Role:

  • Co-ordinating with the customers and sales team in relation to authorisation arranging returns.
  • Issue and log returns authorisation numbers (RAN) to customer.
  • Arrange collection of returns from customers.
  • Process incoming returns, logging details and checking for any discrepancies against original returns notification.
  • Generate returns receipt on internal system and pass details through to accounts.
  • Check all returns and grade as good stock, slight seconds and faulty stock.
  • Provide returns information for investigation by QA Technologist.

 
Skills Required:

  • Relevant experience in a similar warehouse/QC role.
  • Computer literate with keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of electrical products would be an advantage, i.e. heating. Small domestic appliances.
  • Adaptable, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic with an open minded approach.
  • Willingness to work together in a team and help others.
  • Positive and pro-active attitude to changing demands and priorities as required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to set own priorities.
