Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Drive the day to day content plan across all of New Look’s social platforms, ensuring all our campaigns & content stories are reflected across our channels
  • Work with Content, Brand, PR and Creative teams to initiate the use of social campaigns that will increase brand awareness across social media, grow our channels and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with key multi-channel teams to ensure social media is integrated into all activities
  • Work closely with the BMD teams to ensure the best and most relevant product stories are featured on our channels at the correct time
  • Work with the PR and brand teams to identify, cultivate and manage high-level relationships with bloggers and influencers
  • Educate on the latest social marketing developments, emerging technologies & trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviours in order to proactively direct current and future opportunities

Technical and Behavioural Skills

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years relevant industry experience ideally gained through either client (fashion company) or agency experience
  • An in-depth knowledge of social media across all platforms and channels
  • The ability to ‘think social’ at all times
  • A knowledge of fashion & popular culture
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of community management and social media monitoring
  • Excellent communication and copy writing skills
  • Ability to deal with external stakeholders and with senior management as well

Technical and Behavioural Skills (Cont...)

 Desirable Skills

  • Proven track record in managing social media channels and blogger relationships
  • Good level of speaking, reading and writing in a second language
  • Experience of using social CMS tools
  • Basic knowledge of Sprinklr and of any other social media listening tool
  • Experience in social media reporting tools
