About: We are an independently ran Brick Lane vintage clothing store, dedicated to trend led clothing and accessories for men and women.

We stock hand picked gems from the past 50 years specialising in sportswear and designer garments.

Working alongside an in-store seamstress we rework and redesign vintage clothing based on staff suggestions, customer demand and seasonal trends.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who wants to further their management skills working with a small team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to develop their understanding of a small business and to be offered the sort of resposibility and creative freedom rarely found within the retail space.

Here’s what our ideal candidate will look like:

  • Have at least 2 years fashion retail experience at Supervisor level or higher
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Drive sales to reach and exceed targets
  • Be confident when handling cash and with till operation
  • Be confident when merchandising and handling product
  • Be confident and astute enough to find and conquer your own challenges and opportunities at work
  • Be confident in delegating and managing a team
  • Be confident in the hiring of new staff and offering staff development reviews
  • Be organised when dealing with general paperwork eg. rotas, payroll, holiday pay etc...
  • Organise and undertake staff training sessions

You would work very closely with our Assistant Manager who is involved with the buying and stock management.  You would work very closely with our Supervisor who is responsible for the visual merchandising. An interest in developing visual merchandising skills is preferable.

Currently undergoing a rebrand, we would like someone who is keen on managing and improving our online presence through social media, website building and external events.
