Profile

We are looking for a Fashion Concierge to form the centre of our Customer Care team and champion maintaining our five star customer service rating.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a first-class experience to all our customers over the phone and via email (managing communication sent to our core company email inbox)
  • Assist the team with general and routine administrative tasks
  • Assisting the Studio Manager with project related finance - including ensuring invoices are sent, processing over the phone payments and updating all in-house systems with accurate client data
  • Complaint handling, aiming to resolve at first stage and escalating when necessary
  • Liaising with couriers

Skills

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, able to meet deadlines
  • Obsessed about the details
  • Proactive and able to take initiative

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience in other customer service roles, preferably in a fashion environment
  • Inbox management
  • Familiar with G Drive software (Google Docs, Google Sheets) - experience with Microsoft applications will be accepted, and tech/app savvy
  • Excellent fluency in English

  • Based in Wandsworth, London
  • Ideal start date. 4th March
  • Full time, 5 days per week inc. Saturdays
  • Salary - £18,000 a year plus benefits & 25 days holiday
