We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our Brand Marketing team. This is a hands-on role supporting a small, fast-paced team across all aspects of content production, including campaign, e-commerce and social shoots.
Based in our Chiswick office, you will work closely with the Creative Content Producer and wider team to help bring shoots to life from concept through to delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring productions run smoothly, contributing to creative execution while maintaining strong attention to detail and organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Assistant…
Pre-Production:
Collaborate with the Creative Content Producer and Junior Producer on location and prop research, including scouting and permitting
Support castings and booking of models and talent
Assist with managing bookings across studios, locations, photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, stylists, couriers, and lighting
Oversee prop ordering and handling
Coordinate sample handovers, working closely with the Buying team to ensure timelines are met
Organise and maintain shoot storage within the office
Collate information and distribute call sheets
Conduct competitor analysis and seasonal e-commerce research, staying up to date with industry trends
Assist with shoot logistics, including travel arrangements and packing/unpacking of samples
Support cost tracking and ensure activities align with agreed budgets where required
Shoots:
Support the Creative Content Producer and Junior Producer on photoshoots as required
Assist with unpacking and packing samples, steaming garments, and organising catering and refreshments
Provide general on-set support, troubleshooting issues as they arise in a fast-paced environment
Assist with the preparation and handling of shoot equipment, props, and materials
Post-Production:
Support the Junior Producer with quality control checks
Assist in coordinating timelines for imagery delivery to wholesale and partner programmes, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to specification
Maintain and update customer image specification documents, ensuring alignment with current requirements
Manage product uploads to wholesale servers
Provide administrative support to the Creative Content Producer, including invoice management
Coordinate the return of samples, props, and styling
Work closely with the design/artworking team to manage Dropbox organisation, ensuring all imagery is accurately stored
Support the review of wholesale and partner platforms to ensure imagery aligns with brand guidelines, collaborating with relevant teams to implement updates
Additional:
Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring smooth day-to-day production operations
Maintain a proactive and flexible approach, supporting the wider team wherever needed
What Chelsea Peers is looking for:
At least 1 year's experience in a creative production environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling samples and imagery
Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support across all areas of production
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing shoot requirements
Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and visual content, with an awareness of current trends
Basic understanding of photoshoot production processes (pre, shoot, and post-production)
Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office and file-sharing platforms, e.g. Dropbox.
Willingness to be hands-on during shoots, including early starts and physical tasks, e.g. steaming, packing, moving samples, etc.
Comfortable capturing behind-the-scenes content on shoots for social and internal use is a plus
