We have partnered with a beautiful, inspiring luxury womenswear brand that requires an EA & Head Office coordinator.  The successful applicant will be the EA to the MD of this luxury designer brand and responsible for the smooth running of the small Fashion Head Office.  This brand is currently growing at a significant rate globally, and this is a key time to join and hold a pivatol role to support this brand with its growth.

Key responsibilities within the role:

  • Administrative support to the MD
  • Hold front of house and reception duties
  • Perform receptionist tasks, and ensure the Head Office, is presentable organised and efficient.
  • Introduce processes and procedures as required to ensure smooth running of HQ
  • Problem solve any IT, email or network issues  as needed.
  • Ad-hoc updates to the employee handbook and associated organisational policies and procedures.
  • Manage filing of expenses to ensure budgets are adhered too, work in cohesion with the Finance team.
  • Act as gatekeeper to the MD.
  • Manage company & MD diaries and preparation for meetings.
  • For the entire team, book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation as required.
  • Adhoc Special project management.
  • Create reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with external parties to support the maintenance of the studio; cleaning company, contractors, building management etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management and interacting with executives.
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communicator
  • Great initiative and ability to lead a team.
  • Intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options.
  • Warm and engaging personality
