An exciting and very rare opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our small yet passionate team in a key role! We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Bridal Stylist to work from our beautiful East London studio. This position is available IMMEDIATELY.

Experience in a sales or service position would be beneficial, although for us the main focus is onto establishing and maintaining connections with our customers. You will need to maintain the excellent level of customer service that our brand is known for. You will be completely customer-focussed and always willing to go the extra mile to provide that special experience.

The role: 

This Senior Bridal Stylist position is a full-time position, 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, with 2/3 late evenings a week. The position involves one-on-one private appointments with brides that are pre-booked into our studio. Our customers are our highest priority and we pride ourselves on delivering an amazing experience to each and every one. The role will see you working hands on with our brides from our studio and via email & phone to provide extraordinary service as they search for their dream wedding dress and accessories!

The role is not just a sales role, and will also include the following:

  • Booking in clients if necessary, take payments for consultation charges, follow up and customer care/service.
  • Answering client inquiries via email, phone and our CRM system, in a timely and professional yet enthusiastic manner.
  • Day-to-day running of the studio, to include general housekeeping, stock maintenance, steaming, packing/unpacking trunk shows, taking deliveries of orders, sundry ordering, etc.
  • Ensuring visual merchandising, displays, stock, and the studio in general are always present to the best possible standard.
  • This is a challenging and varied position, which requires a great deal of initiative, resourcefulness, and flexibility - however it will give the right candidate the opportunity to contribute heavily to the growth and development of our inspirational brand.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Must be able to work every Saturday, and occasionally Sundays if required (no more than 4/5 a year)
  • Flexible availability is a must and the ability to take on extra shifts as needed to cover holidays/sickness/extra demand
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in preferably bridal sales with a strong focus on customer service
  • Willingness to be an ambassador for the brand both in and out of work
  • Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale and after
  • The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing designers and styles
  • Hard-working and dynamic person with strong multi-tasking skills and an excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent level of digital awareness
  • A real passion for all things weddings and bridal
  • Basic sewing skills a definite bonus
  • Must have a passport and be able to travel if needed
