Bloom Search is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join a warm, vibrant luxury fashion brand.

This hybrid role combines financial accuracy with seamless office operations and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Manage expenses correctly and efficiently
• Prepare financial reports
• Manage wholesale invoices and payments
• Ensure smooth policies and procedures within the Head Office
• Keep the office running smoothly, from supplies to travel arrangements to team events

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant bookkeeping role
• Proficiency with Xero and solid knowledge of UK financial compliance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proactive, trouble shooter.
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable – with a can-do attitude
• Experience in the fashion or creative industry is a plus
