Limelight Nova seeks a highly organised, detail-oriented Catalogue & Content Coordinator to join the team in London.

The role involves cataloguing and showcasing an exceptional collection of luxury fashion items, including one of the largest selections of Hermès and Chanel bags ever produced.  The Catalogue & Content Coordinator will manage the content within our CMS, ensuring accurate, engaging product presentation, and coordinate with key outlets to highlight our exclusive collections.

Responsibilities: 

• Catalogue luxury fashion items (bags, couture, jewellery, and accessories) with precise descriptions, images,      and metadata.
• Maintain and update our CMS with new arrivals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Organise and present collections for internal use, clients, and partner platforms.
• Allocate and manage product listings across key sales and marketing outlets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise product presentation for client engagement.
• Monitor trends and ensure our collection is presented to the highest luxury standards.
• Support ad hoc projects related to fashion sourcing and product launches.

Profile

Required

• Passion for luxury fashion and knowledge of top luxury brands.
• Experience with a CMS platform, e.g. Shopify, WordPress, or similar
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written English
• Ability to produce accurate and appealing product descriptions.
• Visual sense for luxury presentation and brand alignment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• A minimum of basic image editing skills
• Able to work in-house in London
• The right to work in the UK.
