Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing in the London Office on a full time basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the implementation of global marketing plan and relative campaigns at retail level for the UK and working closely with the regional teams in the EU, US and Asian territories, ensuring timelines and qualitative standards are met.
  • Act as key point of contact for all retail marketing requests from our stores and regional offices, ensuring timely feedback.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of the seasonal calendar of in-store events and promotions for the UK and our regional offices and working closely with the store teams.
  • In alignment with the global marketing plan, identify and activate initiatives to support regional stores KPIs, collaboratively working with local teams and nurturing local stakeholder relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing, VM (Visual merchandise), content, retail and commercial teams, for the delivery of multi-channels retail marketing initiatives, facilitating communication and coordination with other company departments as relevant.
  • Support the global marketing team with the coordination of country or region-specific projects as required.
  • Supply regional offices with the relevant marketing information and materials as needed.
  • Support regional marketing teams in operational matters relating to the delivery of marketing campaigns, communications, projects and collaterals.
  • Regularly review the implementation of retail marketing activities, collate feedback and share analysis reports for the global marketing team.
  • Continuously review the execution of all retail marketing materials and activities to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Champion the use of the toolkit and adherence to the marketing guidelines by our stores and regional offices.
  • Provide training to regional marketing teams on global marketing processes and systems.
  • Support managing the DAM platform with requested related to our Asia offices
  • Compile creative briefs for marketing collateral production and keep track of the collateral production process to ensure relevant sign off and timely delivery.
  • Ensure diligent tracking of budget spend and liaise with suppliers and finance team with regards to POs, invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate the compiling the marketing monthly report as well as any other ad hoc reporting as required (ie. in-store events).
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of marketing presentations and decks.
  • Oversee our gifting program, including the production and distribution of the gifts.
  • Oversee the tracking of the marketing collaterals inventory and ensure organised storage in the office.
  • Support with coordinating and scheduling meetings, compiling agendas and taking and distributing minutes as required.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and news within the industry, taking note of marketing best practices.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field. (Desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant marketing role with experience across all communications channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proven track record of successfully rolling out international projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
  • Good team player with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with people across different organisational levels and cultures.
  • Good communication skills in English a must, any other language an advantage – (Chinese or Korean would be a plus).
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office.
