As the UK's leading fittings agency with a rapidly expanding commercial model team, we are at the forefront of the industry. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Model Booking Assistant to join our team in Shoreditch and help us manage our growing roster of clients and models.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our agency. The Model Booking Assistant will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our booking team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of model bookings and castings.
Key Responsibilities
Booking Management: Manage smaller, time-consuming bookings, including 2-hour slots and bookings involving multiple models. This requires meticulous coordination and communication with both models and clients.
Contract Administration: Upload and manage newly signed model contracts, ensuring all paperwork is accurately filed and up-to-date on our internal systems (e.g., Media Slide).
Casting Coordination: Organise and manage fit castings, including checking model availability, communicating with clients, and handling the associated logistics.
Model Management: Assist in scheduling regular model portfolio updates, digitals, and measurements to ensure our database is current and accurate.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as required, freeing up senior staff to focus on high-value projects and client relationships.
Social Media: This will involve content creation, scheduling posts, and handling community management to ensure our brand grows socially.

Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
